Join the Food Lab for young culinary scientists! They'll observe experiments like the Layer Density experiment (exploring why water doesn't mix with oil), Rainbow M&M's, and Floating M's on M&M's, all while cooking and having fun. They'll make dishes like truffles, summer layer cake, s'more pops, rice crispy cookies, dips, shakes, and more. Each child will receive a Junior Chef Box with a step-by-step laminated recipe sheet, a science experiment, food fun facts, an apron, a baking gift, 12 Cupcake liners, Piping Bags and more. **Important Notice:** Our food preparations may include milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, and dairy products. Although nuts won't be deliberately used during the camp, certain ingredients may still contain them. Please exercise caution if your child has allergies. For children who sign up for both No Baking Treats and No Bake & Food Science, a $65 discount will apply and there will be a supervised lunch period from 12–1 PM, to which children should bring their own lunch.
