In this fast paced class, you’ll create up to four new stop motion movies using a different medium each day! Animate cars, film with green screen, and new for 2024 you create a 2D Mario movie, and more! Flix emailed within a month after camp ends. Use stop motion tricks to create fires, explosions, and even floods, as your characters can battle it out or work together to save the day in this action packed stop motion class. Let’s play 5 sports in 5 days. Friendly games of Lacrosse, Volleyball, Kickball, Basketball and Soccer. During this week of Camp Invention, the program is ILLUMINATE and has four fun and educational modules. In “In The Game” campers create a unique sports ball and develop a light-up ball game using the physics of air pressure and motion. In “Let’s Glow” campers explore biophysics, optics and electrical engineering as they learn about illuminating inventions and engineer a one-of-a-kind Glow Box. In “Operation Hydrodrop” campers make global connections as they set out on an epic operation to solve water challenges around the world. And in “Prototyping Studio” campers star on a prototyping game show where they embark on an innovative journey to discover the ultimate place to invent. Introducing the "No Baking Treats Junior Chef Box" for each child! It includes an apron, laminated recipe sheets, step-by-step instructions, fun food facts, 2 food science experiments, 1 baking utensil, a cookie-cutter, and 4 silicone cups. Parents often wonder how to teach kids cooking, but the Junior Chef team is here to help. In this basic session, children will learn how to measure ingredients and gain confidence in the kitchen.
